Is Kate Beckinsale Healthy or Not?

Kate Beckinsale looks like she’s out doing some fitness on her bike ride in Los Angeles, but then she lights up a smoke when she’s done. So is she healthy or not? Judging by her body I’d say hell yes, but I wonder how far she’d make it in a marathon run?
